BREATHWORK FOR MEN
Facilitated by Petra
ABOUT THE EVENT
This is a breathwork space for men, intentionally guided by a woman – offering grounded presence, clear structure, and a different quality of attunement than most men’s spaces.
Theme: Who am I?
In a fast-paced world driven by performance, responsibility, and constant mental load, many men rarely pause to ask essential questions:
Who am I – beyond my roles?
How do I actually feel?
How is my body coping with pressure and stress?
What state is my nervous system in?
This evening offers a structured, grounded breathwork experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and gain clarity through direct experience – not discussion or analysis.
The session is practical, embodied, and accessible, even if you have never done breathwork before.
No sharing is required. Silence and privacy are fully respected.
WHAT IS BREATHWORK?
Breathwork is the intentional use of breathing patterns to influence the nervous system, emotional regulation, and mental clarity.
Modern research shows that conscious breathing can:
- reduce stress and burnout symptoms
- support emotional regulation and resilience
- improve focus and decision-making
- support better sleep and recovery
- help regulate the nervous
